Order a Whole Smoked Brisket for your Holiday Table. Our Whole Smoked Prime Briskets come fully cooked, vacuum sealed, and complete with reheating instructions.

Average weight per whole Brisket (5 lbs.) (feeds 15ppl with the suggested 1/3lb meat per person.) Each Brisket is fully cooked and will come complete with House BBQ Sauce & reheating instructions.

Upon checkout, you may select your pickup location from either Stiles Switch BBQ (6610 N. Lamar Austin, TX) OR Stiles Switch BBQ (800 W. Whitestone Blvd Cedar Park, TX). Please double check your pickup location to make sure you selected the correct location you wish to pick up from.

All pre-order pickups will be ready on Tuesday, December 23rd. Pickups can be made anytime between 11am-6pm on Tues, December 23rd. Please note we will be CLOSED on Wed, December 24th - Friday, December 26th for the Christmas Holiday.

These orders will not be shipped. The online ordering form will ask you for your shipping information to process the order, but these orders will be picked up in store. No shipping will be done for online orders.

These are special pre-ordered items. There are NO REFUNDS or CANCELLATIONS on these purchases. No refunds on items that are ordered and not picked up. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PICKUP LOCATION SO YOU ARE ORDERING FROM THE CORRECT LOCATION YOU WISH TO PICK UP FROM. WE CANNOT CHANGE YOUR PICKUP LOCATION ONCE YOU MAKE YOUR ORDER.
